Understanding our region's workforce
This dashboard presents current workforce and labour market indicators for the Illawarra Shoalhaven region.
It has been developed to complement RDA Illawarra Shoalhaven’s State of the Workforce (SOTW) report by providing an interactive view of the data that underpins the report’s findings.
Users can explore employment levels, industry composition, vacancies and emerging pressures across different Boundary Types, and select individual Locations to view local detail.
The dashboard brings together several data sources to assist with understanding workforce dynamics and supporting informed planning and decision-making.
Data sources: Internet Vacancy Index (JSA); Labour Force, Australia, Detailed (ABS); 2021 Census (ABS).
