Skilled Workforce Attraction Campaign Pre-Launch

Be part of the Shoalhaven’s biggest targeted employment marketing campaign yet.

In partnership with Shoalhaven City Council and Think Regional, we’re are joining forces to launch Where Careers and Lifestyle Thrive — a regional campaign designed to attract and retain skilled workers to live and work in the Shoalhaven.

Launching in August, the campaign will spotlight career opportunities across six key sectors: Community & Health, Manufacturing & Defence, Visitor Economy, Property, Construction & Trades, Professional Services, and Animal Care & Agriculture.

With 1 in 3 metro workers actively considering a move to regional Australia, now is the time to put the Shoalhaven front of mind.

At this pre-launch event, you’ll be able to:

  • Share your workforce needs to shape campaign messaging
  • Feature in campaign photography and video content
  • Connect with regional employers and strengthen collective attraction efforts
  • Learn how your organisation can leverage the campaign for future recruitment

All employers, business owners, HR teams, employees, and industry stakeholders are welcome. Your involvement strengthens the region’s voice and helps showcase everything the Shoalhaven has to offer.
